Strengths: Kary Vincent Jr. is a very good athlete, displaying outstanding short area quickness, speed, and quickness, with very good burst, body control, COD, and balance. Vincent shows versatility to play single-high and in the slot. His best fit will be playing in the slot at the next level. He has a ton of experience playing off-man. He shows good mental processing, with good instincts to anticipate routes and stays in good position. Solid ability at the LOS showing patience and staying square. He is very good in man coverage, mirroring and matching and staying in phase. Very good off-man coverage reacting to WR’s movements. Weaknesses: He is quite undersized and probably can’t play outside. He can play safety but the farther he plays back the more uncomfortable he looks. He shows adequate play strength and can get pushed around by bigger players. He is not the best playing vs the run. He trusts his athletic ability too much and does not have the best technical ability in press.
